Use AI tools productively — and understand what’s behind them.
AI tools are reshaping how people write, design, research and work — and the advantage goes to those who use them well. This program demystifies artificial intelligence for non-specialists and turns it into a practical daily skill.
Trainees learn what AI can and cannot do, practice effective prompting on real tasks (writing, summarizing, translating, brainstorming, images), and build a personal toolkit of AI assistants for study, work and small business — including responsible and safe use.
The program is deliberately tool-agnostic at the concept level: trainees understand what a language model actually does, why it hallucinates, and why prompt structure matters — so skills transfer as tools evolve. Practical sessions cover ChatGPT, Gemini, and image-generation tools, and each session ends with a personal use-case experiment: a trainee running a task from their own work or study through an AI tool, evaluating the result, and reporting back. By the final week each participant has a personal AI workflow document listing the tools and prompts they have found genuinely useful for their own life and work.
Graduates use AI tools confidently and critically to work faster and smarter — at study, on the job, or in their own projects. Graduates also understand the basic privacy implications of sharing information with AI tools — practical knowledge that protects them and their clients or employers.
