We design and deliver practical, market-linked programmes that give individuals the skills they need to find work, launch income-generating projects, or move into the digital economy.
Jordan's labour market has one of the lowest female participation rates in the region and persistently high youth unemployment. We take those numbers personally. Every programme we run — from embroidery-based micro-enterprise to AI fundamentals — is built backwards from one question: will this actually help someone earn a living?
We work with women at home who want to monetise a craft, fresh graduates who need to break into a digital career, children who deserve an early advantage in a tech-driven world, and institutions that need capacity-building partners who understand Jordanian and MENA realities.
