Future Pulse for Vocational Training & Education — known as Nabd Future — is a registered training and education entity based in Amman, Jordan. We design and deliver practical, market-linked programmes that give individuals the skills they need to find work, launch income-generating projects, or move into the digital economy.
Jordan's labour market has one of the lowest female participation rates in the region and persistently high youth unemployment. We take those numbers personally. Every programme we run — from embroidery-based micro-enterprise to AI fundamentals — is built backwards from one question: will this actually help someone earn a living?
We work with women at home who want to monetise a craft, fresh graduates who need to break into a digital career, children who deserve an early advantage in a tech-driven world, and institutions that need capacity-building partners who understand Jordanian and MENA realities.
Our model is deliberately simple. We keep groups small so trainers can follow every participant by name, we anchor every module to a task the trainee actually performs, and we treat the final weeks as a bridge — portfolios are assembled, plans are written, and every graduate leaves knowing exactly what their next step is, whether that is applying for work, taking a first client, or registering a home project.
We also believe training does not happen in isolation. Families, schools and employers are part of every trainee's context, so we communicate openly with parents in our children's programs, design schedules around working participants, and build corporate partnerships that turn training into real placement opportunities wherever possible.
