Customer Service

Turn every customer interaction into loyalty.

Customers rarely remember the product alone — they remember how they were treated. This program trains the complete customer-service skill set used by retail, hospitality, call centers and service businesses.

Through role-play on realistic scenarios, trainees practice greeting and listening, handling complaints and difficult customers, serving across channels (in person, phone, WhatsApp and social media), and representing their employer’s brand in every exchange.

Trainees move through a structured set of customer scenarios that increase in difficulty across the four weeks: a straightforward product question, a billing complaint, an angry escalation, and a multi-channel case that begins on WhatsApp and escalates to a phone call. Each scenario is played, observed by peers, and debriefed — so participants see exactly how word choice, tone, and body language change the outcome.

What you will learn

  • Apply the fundamentals of excellent service in person and remotely
  • Listen actively and identify the customer’s real need
  • Handle complaints and difficult situations calmly and fairly
  • Serve customers professionally over phone, chat and social media
  • Turn service moments into sales and repeat business
  • Measure satisfaction and learn from feedback
  • Apply a structured recovery sequence when service fails: acknowledge, apologise without admitting fault, act, and follow up
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling moments that arise naturally from a service conversation without pressuring the customer

What you walk away with

Graduates are ready for front-line service roles and can measurably raise customer satisfaction — one of the most in-demand soft skills in the Jordanian market.
