Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about registration, certificates, schedules and how our programs run.
How do I register for a program?
Registration is entirely online. Open the program page you want, click "Enroll Now", and fill in the short form. A member of our admissions team will contact you within one business day to confirm your place, answer any questions, and share payment instructions. You can also register by calling or WhatsApp-messaging our office directly — whichever is easier. The form takes under five minutes to complete, and you will receive an automated acknowledgement immediately after submitting. Keep that message — it contains your reference number for all follow-up enquiries.
When do cohorts start, and how often do programs run?
Most programs run in monthly cohorts — a new group starts at the beginning of each month. Some high-demand tracks (Digital Marketing, Tailoring) also open mid-month cohorts when seats fill quickly. Exact start dates for the next three months are listed on each program page. If the timing does not work for you, join the waiting list and we will notify you the moment the next cohort opens. Waiting-list sign-up takes only your name and contact number, and priority is strictly first-come, first-served within each track.
Are sessions delivered in-person in Amman, online, or both?
We offer both modes. Craft and vocational programs (tailoring, embroidery, handicrafts, soap-making) are delivered in person at our training centre in East Amman, because hands-on materials and guided practice are essential. Digital-skills, professional-development, and children's technology programs are available online via Zoom and can also be attended in-person if you prefer. Each program page specifies the available mode(s). Students who start online and later wish to attend in person may switch at the start of the next session block, subject to seat availability. For in-person sessions, the schedule and room details are shared by WhatsApp two days before the first meeting so you know exactly where to go.
What certificate will I receive, and is it accredited?
Every graduate receives a Nabd Future Certificate of Completion issued in both Arabic and English. For programs aligned with international tools (Adobe, Meta Ads, Google Analytics), the curriculum prepares you to sit the relevant vendor certification exam independently — we guide you through the process. We are currently working toward formal accreditation with the Jordanian Vocational Training Corporation (VTC); graduates will be notified when this accreditation is confirmed and offered a retroactive endorsement at no cost. Certificates are issued digitally within five business days of your program's closing session, and a printed copy can be collected from our office or sent by courier on request.
Who can enroll? Are there age or qualification requirements?
Nabd Future programs are open to Jordanian nationals and legal residents of Jordan. Vocational and women's programs have no formal educational prerequisite — basic literacy is sufficient. Digital-skills programs require comfort using a smartphone or computer at a basic level. Children's programs are designed for ages 8–14 (a parent or guardian must complete enrollment on the child's behalf). Professional-development programs are best suited to adults who are currently working or have prior work experience. If you are unsure whether a program fits your background, contact us and we will advise honestly. A short consultation call with our programs coordinator — usually fifteen minutes — is the most reliable way to match you with the right track.
In which language are programs taught?
All programs are taught primarily in Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic and spoken Jordanian as appropriate). Course materials — slides, handouts, and reference guides — are provided in both Arabic and English. For digital-tools programs, interface terminology is introduced in English because the tools themselves use English menus, but all instruction and Q&A is in Arabic. If a group has sufficient demand for an English-medium section, we will open one. Trainers switch naturally between written and spoken registers in the room, so participants at every level of formal Arabic can follow along without difficulty.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by bank transfer to our Jordanian account (details provided at registration), cash payment at our Amman office, and CliQ instant transfer. We do not currently accept credit cards online, but this option is coming soon. Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your registration confirmation to secure your seat in the cohort. Once payment is received, our team sends a receipt by WhatsApp within one business day — keep it as proof of enrollment.
What is your refund and transfer policy?
If you need to withdraw before the program begins, we offer a full refund if requested more than five calendar days before the start date, or a credit note (valid for 12 months) if you withdraw within five days of the start. Once a program has started, fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort of the same program at no charge — this option can be used once per registration. To request a refund or transfer, contact us by phone or email with your registration details. Refund processing takes up to seven business days from the date your request is confirmed, and we will notify you at each step so you know where things stand.
What support is available after I complete a program?
Graduation is the beginning, not the end. All Nabd Future graduates gain lifetime access to our private WhatsApp alumni network, where members share job leads, freelance opportunities, and peer advice. We also maintain a graduate job board, connect high-performing graduates with partner employers and NGOs in Jordan, and offer periodic free workshops and refresher sessions. For craft-track graduates, we facilitate access to local markets and online selling platforms to help you launch your first sales. You are added to the alumni network within 48 hours of your program's closing session — no separate application needed.
Do you offer programs for companies and institutions?
Yes — employee training, custom program design, workshops, conference organization and capacity-building consulting. See the Corporate Services page or request a quote through the registration form. After you submit the form, a corporate-relations coordinator follows up within two business days to clarify your needs and propose a suitable package.
How do children’s programs differ from adult programs?
Children’s groups are smaller, sessions are shorter and activity-based, and curricula are designed around age-appropriate tools. Parents receive a progress update at the end of each program. The update is a brief written summary sent by WhatsApp, covering what the child practised, what went well, and one suggested activity to try at home.
Can I get a consultation before choosing a program?
Of course. Submit a consultation request through the registration page and our team will contact you to discuss your goals and recommend the right track. Most consultations happen over a short phone or WhatsApp call, and participants say ten to fifteen minutes is usually enough to feel clear about the next step.
