Digital Marketing

Sell anything online — starting with your own services.

Digital marketing is the engine behind every business that sells online, and skilled practitioners are in constant demand. This program teaches participants to manage social-media accounts, run paid digital campaigns, build a personal brand, and sell services or products through online channels — skills equally applicable as an employee, a freelancer, or a business owner.

The program follows a live-client model: from week two, each participant selects a real product or service — their own, a family member's, or a fictional business they define — and builds every deliverable around it. They leave with a content calendar they actually ran, a completed Meta Ads campaign (even a small test budget teaches the real workflow), and an analytics report interpreting what happened. This active learning format closes the gap between classroom knowledge and the self-directed work that freelancing and employment both require.

A typical week opens with a review of the previous week's live metrics — what content performed, what did not, and why — then moves into a new skill block and a hands-on task tied to the trainee's own project. The capstone deliverable is a short written marketing plan summarising audience, channels, content strategy, and a paid-ads framework for a three-month period. Graduates who want to take on freelance clients can use this document as a sample proposal, and those pursuing employment can present it as evidence of practical campaign experience.

What you will learn

  • Social-media management: content planning, scheduling, and community engagement on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Paid digital advertising: Meta Ads fundamentals — audience targeting, ad formats, and basic budget management
  • Personal brand building: positioning, visual identity, and consistent content strategy
  • Online selling: setting up a WhatsApp Business catalogue and a simple landing page
  • Freelancing setup: creating profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and Khamsat for marketing services
  • Analytics basics: reading insights on Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics to improve results
  • Build a 30-day content calendar with post copy, visual briefs, and scheduled publishing for one account
  • Set up a Meta Ads campaign from scratch: objective selection, custom audience, single-image ad, and budget allocation

What you walk away with

Graduates can manage social-media accounts professionally, run basic paid campaigns, and market their own services as freelancers — accessing both local job opportunities and the global remote-work market. Graduates also understand how to read a client's existing analytics and translate the data into a concrete improvement plan — a skill that justifies ongoing retainer relationships.
